IAML -- International Astronomy Mailing List

This list of astronomy meetings is compiled by Liz Bryson of the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope Corporation and is archived by the Canadian Astronomy Data Centre of the National Research Council of Canada's Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics.

Use the Search menu to view meetings by month or year or by keyword. Included with each entry of the Meetings List are links to the meeting web page, contact e-mail addresses, and abstracts provided by NASA's Astrophysics Data System (ADS) if, and when they are available.

To have a new meeting added to the Meetings List use the Submit menu at this link. Fill out the displayed form and submit it. After Liz assures herself that your meeting warrants addition to her list she will add it to the database as soon as possible. You may also provide updated information by using the Update Meeting form.

Using IAML
To post a message to all the list members, send email to iaml@lists.astrosci.ca.

You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.

Subscribing to IAML

Subscribe to IAML by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.

    You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.

    If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options.
